    1. I'm told this is the future of the cookbook; less than 100 pages with lots of pictures and only a handful of recipes, drawn from the author's blog, You Tube clips, or TV show. Big pictures, big print, low content. I devoutly hope not. This one was a gift, and I'm glad. Okay for a starter cook, or to get you interested in a new cuisine, but rather than buy a magazine-pretending-to-be-a-book again, I'll stick with online resources that cost me nothing.     2. The book is really thin with big font and big pictures, which makes it easy to read while cooking. HOWEVER, my rating is for the recipes themselves. I don't find many of her recipes very authentic. She really simplifies a lot of korean home cooking, so I guess this might be a good starter book for those who have never cooked korean food.

    3. Well I guess I am not really reading this but it is a great book to help us learn to cook some korean dinners. So far we have done a great job!
